Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and social gathering restrictions, VStar Entertainment Group and Redding Civic Auditorium are cancelling PAW Patrol Live! scheduled for June 2, 2020. Please see below for refund instructions. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

Please read below based on your type of purchase for instructions on how to receive a refund on your PAW Patrol Live! tickets (ticket fees are non-refundable):

Credit Card Holders:

If you used a credit card or debit card to purchase tickets, your refund will be processed back onto the same card that you used for purchase. Please allow 10 business days to see the refund on your credit card statement. 

**If the credit card or debit card you used to purchase tickets is no longer valid, then please contact our box office (before 11am on Friday, March 27th) by email at info@reddingcivic.com or leave a voicemail at 530-229-0022 leaving us your full name (who placed the order) and a number to reach you. We will contact you directly to follow up for your refund.

Cash & Check Payment Methods:

We will need to mail you a check. Please contact info@reddingcivic.com or leave a voicemail at 530-229-0022 with your name, order number, mailing address, and phone number so we can follow up with you.
