Contest Rules & Disclaimer

Note: One prizewinner will be awarded. Hotel accommodations are limited to a two-night stay.

One entry per contestant. Eligible contestants must complete all entry steps and have permanent residence 65 miles or more from Redding’s city limits. Eligibility is limited to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico. No purchase necessary. Must be a legal US resident 21 or older to enter. Void in HI, AK, Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Contest ends Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 11:59PM, PST.

If a winner cannot accept this prize as awarded he/she/they must forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Redding Civic Auditorium and its contest sponsor will not be responsible if weather conditions, event cancellations, acts of God or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control prevent the prize from taking place.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all timely received eligible entries of this promotion. Noncash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value nor may they be sold to a third party. All federal, state and local laws apply.

Winners will be notified by phone and e-mail on Friday, March 20, 2026, between the hours of 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM PST. A potential winner will be required to claim his/her/their prize by Monday, March 23, 2026 at 2PM, PST.

In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" means the natural person who was assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential winner may be requested to provide proof to Redding Civic Auditorium that they are the applicable authorized account holder.
