Presented by Dignity Health, the Redding Health Expo offers an in-person experience to come and meet over 100+ vendors that represent the very best of the North State in Health, Wellness, Nutrition, Fitness, Medicine, and so much more! There will be a giveaway of prizes, raffles, and engaging activities for the whole family including multiple performances on the Redding Civic stage! The Redding Health Expo is FREE Admission to the public, provided by EveryDay Fitness.

Before the doors open there will be a Redding Health Expo Run presented by Midnite Racing Timing. The run will have a 10K Run at 8:00 AM & a 5K Walk/Run at 8:05 AM for you to choose from. The run is NOT free & does require registration. You can register online at: www.reddinghealthexpo.com/rhe-run

In the lawn we will be hosting our Make A Difference Event (MADE) supporting Catalyst Youth Mentoring. There will be local makers & non-profits, live music, food trucks, activities and much more!
